ABOUT

Mark Harner
Commitment. Expertise. Passion.
Earning the trust of my clients through my actions and approach to customer service is my number one priority when serving my clients in a real estate transaction. Since the brokerage has my name on it, it is imperative that I work to make my customers completely satisfied with their real estate transaction experience.
I left the corporate world in 2014 after 35 years in various financial roles, the last being a Vice President with Waste Management for 13 years. To be successful in a corporate environment, you need to build relationships with people from all walks of life, be a problem solver, and provide great customer service to your clients. The real estate industry is no different as it relates to the way people want to be treated. I strive to provide great customer service with each transaction by building strong, trusting relationships with my clients and by solving their real estate issues. I view each transaction as an opportunity to make a positive difference in my client’s lives. There is a great sense of satisfaction from knowing that I’ve helped my clients in arguably one of the most important financial decision of their lives.
I have extensive experience in representing clients in residential purchases, sales and leasing, as well as commercial leasing transactions. I am also an investor in residential and commercial real estate myself. I look forward to putting my experience and approach to client service to work for you.
