There are few financial transactions more important to a family than achieving sales goals of your home.  There are already stresses from the move process itself and many things to be concerned about.  This “Seller’s Checklist” is intended to lay out the timeline and important steps in the process, so the seller can become knowledgeable, and hopefully comfortable, with the process ahead.  It's designed to help sellers understand what to expect at every turn of the transaction in order to provide peace of mind as the process progresses.  Not every possible scenario is represented in this Seller’s Checklist, but is instead intended to give you a view of what might take place in a typical transaction.
