I have helped many first-time home buyers experience the satisfaction of purchasing their first home.  However, whether an experienced or first time home buyer, I’ve found that clients often want to review the “home buying process” up-front, before the process is kicked-off in earnest.  Using my “Buyer’s Checklist”, which simplifies the buying process from A to Z --laying out the timeline and important steps in the process, the buyer can become knowledgeable, and hopefully comfortable, with the process ahead.  It's designed to help buyers understand what to expect at every turn of the transaction in order to provide peace of mind as the process progresses.  Not every possible scenario is represented in this Buyer’s Checklist, but is instead intended to give you a view of what might take place in a typical transaction.
